In case you missed it - I’ve been designing a project series of Enneagram Type inspired wedding styled shoots. What an incredible and fun journey this has been, so far!

Today, it’s the First day of Spring, and I thought it would be a perfect day to share this colorful shoot from last spring at The Farm and Bakery. This inspired styled shoot was for Enneagram Type 4, “The Individualist”. The three keywords I focused on, were: Unique, Whimsical, and Romantic. Purple is the primary color, with accents of teal, fuchsia, yellow (and many other colors). Type 4s feel emotions deeply and complexly. They are special, and want to feel set apart. I think a Type 4’s worst fear on their wedding day would be feeling that their wedding was just like anyone else’s. They are the opposite of cookie-cutter. If Type 4 was a wedding, I think it would be unique, extraordinary, different and complex, with so many intricate details.

And man, were there some awesome details that came together for this incredible shoot. I cannot thank the Vendor team enough for helping me make my vision come to life. From the incredible handmade floral pressed jewelry by Bramble Grove (who also custom-made some resin floral coasters for the shoot, as well!), to the watercolor and intricate cutout stationery by Autumn Fox Designs, to the adorable flower pressed treats and cake by Snacky French… And don’t even get me started on flowers! Made by Meredyth outdid herself with several incredible floral backdrops, a hanging floral arch, a unique pocket square boutonniere - not to mention the Flower crown that our fine art model, Laura wore! She was absolute perfection! It was all SO great, with an absolutely amazing team of small businesses who worked hard to make this happen. I can’t thank them enough! To top it off, our sweet couple who graciously modeled for us, Victoria and Pat, are bursting with creativity themselves! Victoria is a local fine art wedding stationery business, Elephant Limbo, and her husband Pat is a phenomenal musician, who performs live at weddings with his brother! Pat and Sean Kelly - you need to check them out, your ears will thank you!
