Not a dry eye in the barn for Lexi and Jared who wed at Old Carter Barn in Northeastern PA. Their wedding day was filled with pops of color and laid-back fun overlooking the Susquehanna River

Lexi and Jared met while working at the same restaurant about 9 years ago before the restaurant closed down. The two continued to cross paths here and there but they didn’t start officially dating until a little while later (although Lexi totally had a crush on Jared for a while!). There wasn’t a dry eye in the barn on their wedding day in Tunkhannock, a small town boarding the Susquehanna river where they wed at Old Carter Barn. They held their ceremony outside in front of the gazebo overlooking the river, and it was such a beautiful day!

A mix of colorful, modern pieces were added to the decor bringing out the couple’s fun personalities. From acrylic pieces that Lexi made herself, to each place setting that had a custom cookie made for their guests of honor, these two thought of so many sweet details. It was a relaxed atmosphere and fun time with lawn games during the cocktail hour. not to mention Lexi and Jared rented out an adorable photo booth camper! What a great day this was! Congratulations, Jared and Lexi!
